Description

DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS DESIRES TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 190 Parking Spaces in Miami, Florida. Both currently existing parking areas and newly constructed parking areas will be considered. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2017, and must be located outside the 100-year floodplain. A lease for up to five (5) years will be considered. All offered properties must be located within or fronting on the following boundaries to be considered: North: NW 29th Street East: U.S. 1 (Biscayne Blvd) South: NW 6th Street West: NW 27th Ave To be included Interested offerors responding to this RLP shall address ALL of the following when responding to this advertisement: Offer must fully comply with ALL requirements and supporting documentation mandatory as per the Terms and Conditions of RLP # VA248-17-R-0089 and/or any annexes to it. All documents must be final, must be signed and must be acknowledged by placing the offeror's initials on each page. Cover Page contain the following information: Proposed property address with map showing property within the delineated area. Name, phone number and e-mail address of property owner. Note, if responding and you are not the property owner, i.e., broker, provide written statement from property owner (owner letterhead) authorizing you to represent the owner. Documentation evidencing that proposed property is outside the 100-year flood plain. Documentation supporting offerors ability to meet all the Government s requirements identified in this advertisement. Number of parking spaces. Date space is available A market survey of offered properties will be conducted by VA staff.
