Description
Seeking vendors to quote cost for an electronic laboratory monitoring system. Please provide initial equipment cost, warranty information, maintenance costs and indicate vendors CAGE code, D&B number, and confirm vendor is prepared to invoice using WAWF. Salient Characteristics Centralized, scalable wireless electronic laboratory equipment monitoring system. System must be able to record input data in real time from sensors and transmit back to a centralized monitoring system. Sensors must have ability to monitor temperatures between -196 degrees C and 1000 degrees C., humidity, percent Co2 and percent Oxygen, sensitive differential pressure, light monitors, air flow sensors and multi-function sensors that can monitor temperature, light and humidity. This system must notify end users of any sensors that fall outside of pre-determined limits. Notification to end user must be via telephone but using a wireless infrastructure (VOIP). Notification must include current data reading. - System must meet DHA Risk Management Framework accreditation. - Vendor must meet 21 CFR and AABB accreditation standards and provide Initial Qualification and Operation Qualification (IQ/OQ) results to site - Vendor must provide annual IQ/OQ services to site - System must support server virtualization for VSphere - System Gateways and Dialers must support Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) - System must be compatible with Windows 7 - preferred Windows 10 - System must be compatible with Windows Server 2012R2 - System needs to support a minimum of 350 inputs. - Vendor must perform site-assessment prior to providing a quote
