- U.S. GOVERNMENT SOLICITATION No. 5CA0937 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:California City:North Highlands Delineated Area:The City Limits of North Highlands, CA Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):34,576 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):34,576 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):2 reserved Full Term:10 years Firm Term:5 years Option Term:None Additional Requirements:•The agency cannot be co-located with: other Federal, State, local government agencies or private firms whose primary clientele are involved in or have ties to criminal elements. •Agency cannot be located within a designated drug-free zone. •14' garage clearance (if parking is in a garage). •Require 2nd floor space or above. If 2nd floor or above is not available 1st floor will considered if agency is the sole tenant. •20' setback. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability Standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plains. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in North Highlands, CA that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
