TWIN CITIES (Minneapolis/Saint Paul) CBOC Dental Instrument COURIER SERVICE The Minneapolis VA Health Care System (MVAHCS) has a requirement for Courier Services to transport dental clinic soiled and clean instruments to and from the Northwest Metro Community Based Outpatient Clinic at 7545 Veterans Drive, Ramsey, MN 55303 on a daily basis, as listed under the "Schedule of Items" in the attached Statement of Work. Pickup and delivery will be from two locations within the MVAHCS facilities (Pickup clean instrument-Warehouse, Room BM-123; and deliver soiled instruments to SPS Decontamination, Room BM-107 at the door). See attached solicitation documents.
