- Service-Test and Return Cable Assy SERVICE - CABLE ASSY TESTING TOBYHANNA ARMY DEPOT NEEDS 1 EA OF CABLE ASSEMBLY (12465622-2 REV G) TESTED ENVIRONMENTALLY FOR THE REQUIREMENTS LAID OUT IN THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHED228 REV G. STATEMENT OF WORK: (Statement of Work located in Section C in the Clauses Section of this Solicitation). (A) DRS TECHNOLOGIES SPECIFICATION CHED-228 REV G (B) MIL-STD-810C (C) TACOM,CABLE ASSEMBLY 12465622 REV G (D) MIL-STD-108 (E) FED-STD-228 POC: JASON EVANS, 570-615-8023, jason.p.evans3.civ@mail.mil QUOTES must be sent to: kimberly.m.jurkiewicz.civ@mail.mil The specifications (drawings) for this requirement are an attachment to the RFQ; however, ITAR restrictions apply to the release of the drawings. Therefore, interested sources must send proof of ITAR registration showing the registration code and expiration date to the Purchasing Agent, Ms. Kimberly Jurkiewicz, at kimberly.m.jurkiewicz.civ@mail.mil to request the specification. The specification will be released only to sources which have a current and valid registration pursuant to the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR Part 122). Award will be based on price and experience. For purpose of evaluation the estimated total amount of repairs of $20,000.00 shall be used. Submit technical experience for same or similar work performed in the past 3 years for evaluation. Limit technical experience to 5 pages. Though not the basis of award, the offeror shall submit an evaluation fee. The stated evaluation fee will not be considered in determining the offer that is most advantageous to the Government. However, an offeror may be deemed ineligible for award if the offeror stated evaluation fee is determined to be at significant variance with that which is normal and customary. After award the vendor shall perform an evaluation of the equipment and submit a written quote for approval. Vendor shall not proceed with repair until they have received approval from the contracting officer. The award amount of this contract is a ceiling for the work to be performed. Payments shall only be made for the actual work approved and performed. The contractor exceeds the ceiling at their own risk. Changes to the contracting ceiling shall be made by contract modification only. Wage rates can be found on the Service Contract Act at www.wdol.gov. (reference the wage determination for each locality where services may be performed).
