- Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Quote (RFQ) to General Electrodynamics Corporation in Arlington, TX on a sole source basis for a quantity of one (1) Aircraft Weighing system for the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) E-2C aircraft P/N Kit- AN60-6 Aircraft Weighing System with GEC Mastermind HH, NSN 6670-01-523-2101 The Government intends to procure the above service under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data rights. A competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
