- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is conducting market research to find Consulting Services to study the current process for commissioning National Bank Examiner (NBE) for Uniform Commission Examination (UCE). The OCC will establish an internal committee, which will study the current process for commissioning NBEs. To assist the committee in this process, the OCC is seeking expert assistance to perform a revalidation analysis on the OCC's current UCE. The purpose of this analysis is to assure its content validity as a certification and testing tool for NBEs. The contractor shall develop a job analysis for newly commissioned NBEs leveraging the NBE job analysis and subsequent UCE revalidation work. If companies are interested, please submit a statement of your capability to provide these services. The capability statement is limited to five (5) pages and should include: Corporate Information 1) Name, mailing address, overnight delivery address (if different from mailing address), phone number, fax number, and e-mail of designated point of contact 2) Corporate Web site address 3) Type of Business a. Large business b. Small business c. Small disadvantaged business d. 8(a)-certified small disadvantaged business e. HUB-Zone small business f. Woman-owned small business g. Veteran-owned small business h. Service-disabled veteran-owned small business 4) DUNS number 5) North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code classifications 6) List any existing vehicles (i.e. GSA, GWAC and etc.) Please submit to D'Angela Moore via email at dangela.moore@occ.treas.gov by March 10, 2017 at 11:00am ET. The results of this sources sought notice will be used in helping determine an acquisition strategy. This is not a solicitation, no phone calls or questions will be permitted.
