- Description
- The United States Government and USDA Forest Service are seeking to lease approximately 5888 square feet of warehouse space with 250 sqft of ANSI/BOMA office space and 30,000 sqft of ware-yard in Bridgeport, CA. The warehouse must yield a minimum of 4174 square feet of bay space to include 2 pull-thru bays with electrically operated bay doors not less than 12 feet wide by 14 feet high, and a minimum bay depth of 60 feet to accommodate Forest Service equipment. Warehouse requires a minimum of 10 employee parking spaces including 1 ADA compliant space, and 10 secured/fenced parking spaces for Government vehicles including 1 ADA compliant space. The total estimated site requirement is 1.27 acres. Site must be located within the following delineated area: Within a 4 mile radius of the Mono County courthouse, located in Bridgeport, CA, and within.5 mi of the main corridors of Highways 395, 183, or 420-Twin Lakes Road. The site location must provide a microwave path greater than 1 Fresnel to Masonic Peak. Additional agency specific requirements are needed and will be addressed in the subsequent Request for Lease Proposals (RLP). All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The term will be for a maximum of 20 years with 10 years Firm.
