- 1) Pinnacle Studio Ultimate License, part number LCST20ULML2 (Quantity - 1385 each) 2) Pinnacle Studio Ultimate 1 year maintenance, part number LCSTULML1MNT1 (Quantity - 1385 each) *PROCUREMENT TYPE The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a competitive basis among authorized distributors. This requirement is a manufacturer sole source requirement to Corel Corporation, 2830 De La Cruz Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95050 due to unique capability. This company is the only known source of this software that provides requirement functionality and is approved in Department of the Navy (DON) Application & Database Management System (DADMS). The solicitation will be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about 2/16/2017. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to susan.wigfield@navy.mil or mailed to NAWCWPNS, Code 254620D, Attn: Susan Wigfield, 429 East Bowen Road, Mail Stop 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108 no later than 10 days from this notice date. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without causing programmatic hardship. Electronic delivery of quotations is preferred. If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
