U.S. GOVERNMENT AD – PROJECT NUMBER 5PR0121 Guaynabo, PR General Services Administration (GSA) is seeks to lease the following space: State: Puerto Rico City: Guaynabo, PR Delineated Area: Begin at the intersection of PR-165 and Interstate PR2-2 (Expreso Jose De Diego) East- On Interstate PR-22 to Interstate PR-2. North On Interstate PR-2 to the intersection at Interstate PR-1. South On Interstate PR-1 until the interstate at Interstate PR-22 and head southwest Continue on Interstate PR-22 until the Intersection of PR-165. Head north on PR-165 until of Interstate Pr-22. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,716 USF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Spaces Parking Spaces (Surface/Structured): 5 Structured Secured with Gate Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: · Office space must be contiguous on one floor. · Office space must be on ground floor. · Subleases are not acceptable · The Government requires a fully serviced lease. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
