- The National Park Service, Missouri Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO), 11 North 4th Street, Saint Louis, MO 63102, seeks a qualified firm to provide Grounds Maintenance at William Jefferson Clinton Birthplace Home NHS, 117 S. Hervey St. Hope, Arkansas, 71801. Notice of Site visit: One pre-bid site visit will be conducted at William Jefferson Clinton Birthplace Home NHS, 117 S. Hervey St. Hope, Arkansas on March 9, 2017 at 9:00 AM Central Time (CT). The purpose of the site visit is to examine the job site and verify conditions. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend this scheduled site visit. Offerors shall meet at the park's headquarters address listed above. Offerors will provide their own transportation to site location. Point of contact at site location: Christian Davis: Christian_Davis@nps.gov: 870-777-4935 The site visit will be a walking tour to cover areas specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). RSVP to Michael_bochenek@nps.gov in written electronic form. Offerors are requested to submit questions to Michael_bochenek@nps.gov not later than March 16, 2017, 1:00 PM, CT. Quotes are required to be received NO LATER THAN 1:00 pm, March 21, 2017 CT. Submit written quotes ONLY. Oral quotes will not be accepted. All quotes must be in electronic form and sent to the attention of Michael Bochenek, Michael_Bochenek@nps.gov. Information provided at this site visit shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. A record of the visit shall be made and furnished to all prospective offerors via www.fbo.gov. The record should include a list of attendees, minutes of the meeting, and questions and answers, if applicable. To be considered, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.) and possess and maintain a valid Dun & Bradstreet number (DUNS) at the time of contract award. Lack of an active registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
