- MCH Bubble Caps This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95B. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text format at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/or http://www.arnet.gov/far. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 325320. Solicitation number AG-03R6-S-17-0020 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide a total of 29,045 MCH Douglas -fir beetle repellent bubble caps for 15 different locations for the Region One and Region Four Forests. The awarded purchase order will be a firm fixed price with a delivery required by 20 April 2017. One award will be made to the Quoter whose quote, as determined by the Contracting Officer is most advantageous to the Government, considering but not limited to factors such as price and ability to deliver to the 15 locations listed. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. Prospective awardees Must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be awarded a Federal Contract. Schedule of Items containing quoted items must be received by 13 March 2017, 2:00 PM, MST at the Lolo National Forest Supervisor's Office, Attn: Theresa Peterson, AQM, 24 Fort Missoula Rd., Missoula, MT. 59804.
