Description
D6H LGP Caterpillar Dozer Repair Solicitation Notice The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District Office, has a requirement to repair a Caterpillar D6H LGP wide track Dozer. All supplied parts shall be new and Caterpillar original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and all work shall be performed by a Caterpillar (OEM) certified Repair Facility or by Caterpillar certified technicians. Total cost shall include pickup and return delivery, all labor, supervision, tools, supplies, and parts necessary to complete the repair. The D6H dozer shall be fully assembled, repaired, and complete with all components to make it fully operational. Pickup and delivery and final acceptance will be at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Fountain City Service Base, Fountain City, WI. No CD's or hard copies will be available. Offerors are responsible for checking fbo.gov for any update(s) to the Notice. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offeror's inability to access the document posted at the referenced website. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers), the contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM). All Offerors must be registered in SAM, have an active account, and have completed the Representations & Certification sections (FAR and DFARS) prior to receiving an award. Initial registration may take up to 4 weeks. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished, at www.sam.gov.
