SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION The United States Department of Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract, Meseo Scale Diagnostics, LLC, Rockville, MD 20850. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however if interested Government shall consider all responses. The following requirements below: 1. Cat.#: R99XX-1, PR2 Model 1800 Custom Biothreat assay plates BA, YP, FT, BRU, Q-FEVER, pc-H, PCL. - 5 EA. 2. Cat.#: R99XX-1, PR2 Model 1800 Custom Biothreat assay plates Bot A, SEB, VEE, Orthorpox, PC-H, PC-L. - 3 EA. 3. Cat.#: R99XX-1; PR2 Model 1800 Custom Biothreat assay plates Bot A, SEB, VEE, Orthopox, PC-H, PCL. - 2 EA. 4. Cat/#: R99XX-1; PR2 Model 1800 Custom Biothreat assay plates BG, EH, OVA, MS2, PC-H, PC-L. - 5 EA. 5. Cat.#: SHIP; Shipping & Handling - 1 EA. The NAICS code for this action is 334516. This requirement will procurement under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systms for Award Management (SAM).
