This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including, Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339112. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO19) is seeking responses to this request for information from interested, capable firms that can meet the requirements set forth below; The overall purpose is to provide Hemostasis Management Systems for VA Health Care System, 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84148-0001. This is a Sources Sought for this specific Brand. No substitutions. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: HMS Plus Instrument : Quantity: One (1) Basis of Design: Medtronic 30514 Specifications/Salient Characteristics HMS Plus System is a microprocessor-controlled instrument used to perform multiple tests for anticoagulation management. In addition to activated clotting time (ACT) tests, it allows the user to perform tests to measure actual circulating heparin concentration and assess a patient s individual response to heparin.
