The FOS covers and subcomponents are UNCLASSIFIED. ITEM 0002BA: Pre-Repair 1.Verify the quantity of the as-arrived covers. The covers are boxed after ripout at a shipyard, and an inventory should be conducted prior to starting work in order to identify any major missing items. A table is provided below (Table 1) for the items that should be provided by the shipyards. If item(s) are missing, contact NSWCPD 426 and arrangements should be made to procure the missing item(s). See attached Statements of work
