The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO8) of Orlando VA Medical Center intends to solicit quotations from contractors to provide Radiation Dosimetry Monitoring services. The Government anticipates a Fixed- Price Requirements type contract award with one (1) twelve (12) months base period, and four (4) twelve (12) month s option periods. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website at URL: http://www.fbo.gov on or about February 28, 2017. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Request for Quotations will be issued as 100% Small Business Set-A-Side.
