Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Responses to this solicitation are due by 28 February 2017 @ 3:00 p.m. PST. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) under solicitation number VA261-17-Q-0290. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 and 2005-95, January 19, 2017. This acquisition will be a sole source award to a service disabled veteran owned small businesses. If any other SDVOSBs are able to provide these items, please respond. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339112 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Additional documentation have been included as an attachment to this notice; which may include: a list of contract line items, a description of the items to be acquired, SOW/PWS, Date(s) and place(s) of delivery, and applicable clauses and provisions. This is a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL REQUIREMENT for the Custom Surgical Packs. All responses must include product information that demonstrates equivalency to the salient characteristics.
