Sources Sought The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 22, Network Contracting Office, intends to release a solicitation under FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures) to request items from a vendor that can supply the Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset with Humidair and Aircurve 10 V Auto with Humidair to our VA Loma Linda facility. REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: The required items are as follows: Brand name Item No. Quantity Description Airsense 10 Autoset with Humidair 37207 300 Airsense 10 Autoset with Humidair Aircurve 10 V Auto with Humidair 29F24300T 28 Aircurve 10 V Auto with Humidair The vendor will supply the required EXACT CPAP/VPAP machines. Interested parties must submit an unclassified Statement of Capability (SOC) demonstrating capability of items required and whether they can provide the items under open market. The SOC must include the following: business name, point of contact name, telephone, email address, DUNS number, GSA contract if applicable, business size (small, large) and small business designation (small, veteran own, service disable, women owned, etc.). This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ). Information herein is based on the best information available at the time of publication, is subject to revision, and is not binding on the Government. The Government will not recognize any cost associated with the submission of a SOC. Submit all responses not later than 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on Friday March 10, 2017 to the attention of Ricardo A. Rodriguez at ricardo.rodriguez3@va.gov with Interested Contractor Resmed Airsense 10 and Aircurve 10 on the subject line. Telephone responses shall NOT be accepted.
