- Description
- The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) seeks other than full and open competition and intend to award a sole source contract to the incumbent contractor: Motorola Solutions, Inc., 500 W. Monroe Street, Chicago, IL 60661 and will be required to continue to providing the following ongoing professional services: radio equipment and software to be installed at GPO. The statutory authority permitting sole sourcing of services is MMAR 6.302-1, 41 U.S.C. 5(3) (Only one (1) responsible source and not other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements). A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communication are not acceptable in responses to this notice. All responses shall be sent to Rhonda Sturdavant-Harris at rstrudavant-harris@gpo.gov on or before March 8, 2017, no later than 1:00 PM EST.
