Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation number VA247-17-Q-0265 Anticipated award date: March 15, 2017 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation is being competed as a 100% Service-disabled Veteran-owned Small Business set aside. The NAICS code that applies is 337211 and business size of 1,000 Employees. This requirement is for: Optometry Shop Desks Items shall be Brand Name or Equal Note: Please review the solicitation document in its entirety for detailed instructions on what is required for each proposal and for how the proposals will be evaluated. Please see all attachments for complete understanding of requirements. Failure to provide all required documentation (in accordance with the terms of required specifications and Evaluation Factors listed in the Basis of Award), your proposal will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for evaluation or award. This is a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) acquisition.
