- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation HSCG80-17-Q-P45A20 for a commercial items prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote Number HSCG80-17-Q-P45A20. This number is for tracking purposes only. Solicitation documents and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. This procurement will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 332710 and the business size standard is 500. This is a Total Small Business Set-A-Side; all responsible small business sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the agency. The USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center located in Norfolk, Virginia intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for the contractor to repair the port propeller, in-water, with driver support for the CGC DORADO. Note: The USCG/Government reserves the right to Award on an All or None Basis. This synopsis/solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b),and the resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. A. REQUIREMENT: Contractor shall provide: (1) Each Pump and Motor Assembly P/N A 12213-3 (NSN 4320-016153250) PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: This is a waste water discharge pump and the Pump and Motor Assembly is manufactured by ACME Products and Engineering, Inc. DATE REQUIRED: March 10, 2017 SHIPPING LOCATION (FOB DESTINATION: CGC VALIANT Commanding officer C/O US Naval Station Mayport 191 Supply Street Mayport, FL 32228-0101 B. As stated below, the provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items- applies with the following addenda: Award of a purchase order will be based on the following criteria: The purchase order will be awarded on an all or none basis as a firm fixed price contract using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. 1. Please provide any warranty information. 2. Vendors MUST be registered in www.sam.gov The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, lowest price technically acceptable and other factors considered. Interested Offerors having the expertise and required capabilities are invited to submit a Firm Fixed Price proposal that will be considered by the agency. Proposals must be submitted on company letterhead stationery and must include the following information (1) Cost Breakdown, (2) Unit Price, (3) Extended Price, (4) Total Price, (5) Payment Terms, (6) Discount offered for prompt payment, (7) Company DUNS and Cage Code. Quotes must be received by the closing date and time for receipt of quote which is February 28, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME.
