Description
NSN 1R-0000-LLW42A707-FX, REF NR H200A381-103, QTY 20 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN. Solicitation Number: N00383-17-R-P272 NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit BAE Systems Information (0D0D0), Wayne, NJ for the purchase of a RF module. The intention of this solicitation is to award a firm fixed priced contract. This contract will include the purchase of the following part: ITEM NAME: RF MODULE P/N: H200A381-103 QTY: 20 The government intends to contract on a sole source basis with BAE. BAE is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source for providing support of the above part. This procurement is being processed in accordance with Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The applicable NAICS code is 334412. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, quotations or capability statements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 45 days (30 days if award is issued under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA)) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally beconsidered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct acompetitive procurement. Responses to this notice of intent shall be submitted no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of this synopsis to NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia, Attn: Christine Pennington, Contracting Officer, Code (N762.06), 700 RobbinsAve, Bldg 1, Philadelphia, PA 19111. BAE will be solicited on or after 14 MAR 2017 and the solicitationwill close 30 days after the effective date of the solicitation.
