- The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with Compusearch Software Systems, Inc., located at 21251 Ridgetop Circle, Suite 100, Dulles, VA 20166-6501, for a firm fixed price order for 12 months of maintenance on Compusearch PRISM software. Maintenance includes upgrades, updates, fixes, email and online support. PRISM software is proprietary to Compusearch, and is sold directly, supported, and maintained only by Compusearch. No entity other than Compusearch own the rights to sell, distribute or maintain PRISM software. The authority for this acquisition is set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) "Soliciting from a Single Source". Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. The Government does not intend to pay for information received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Respondents will not be notified of the results of any Government evaluation of the information received. All questions and submissions in response to this notice must be submitted electronically via email to terry.hemming@ssa.gov, by 12:00 PM Eastern (noon) on March 10, 2017. No telephone calls regarding this matter will be accepted or returned.
