- Topic Areas THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Army Geospatial Center (AGC), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought as market research to determine if firms are interested in submitting research/white papers on the topic areas identified below. No proposals are being requested or accepted in response to this RFI. This announcement does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any preparation costs. The anticipated formal solicitation will be a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA). Interested sources shall review the topic areas. Topic Areas include: Army Geospatial Enterprise Operations, Geospatial Standards, Geospatial Applications and Services, Data Model Development, Data Model Development, Army Geospatial Enterprise Migration, Geospatial Modeling & Simulation, Geospatial Experimentation, Cloud Computing, Disconnected Intermittent Low-Bandwidth, Geospatial Architecture, Geospatial Data Center Architectures, Geospatial Content Management, Methods, Systems Evaluation, Technical Data Package Maintenance, Standardization, Standardization, Emerging Technologies and New Concepts, Imagery Exploitation, Imagery Exploitation, Joint Operational Technologies & Integration, Civil Military Operations, Civil Military Operations, Database Development, Database Development, Modernization of Warfighter Support, Cartographic Technical Services, Geospatial Information, Acquisition Monitoring, Military Hydrology and Water Detection, Water Detection and Drilling Management, Cultural Mapping, Historical Photo Analyses, Database Development, Advanced Airborne Sensors, Rendering and Display, Integration and Exploitation, Battlefield Terrain and Environment, Data Manipulation, Geospatial Information Exploitation, Data Generation, Geospatial Communications. Interested sources shall review the topic areas above, and identify the topics that are of interest and submit papers on. Responses shall include the following general information: a. Company name and address; b. Federal contracts point of contact information including name, phone number and email address; c. Summary description of the company; i. Core Capabilities; ii. Description of major services offered; iii. Federal Small Business Certifications; iv. Major Clients (list the most important), Commercial and Government; d. Partners and major subcontractors; e. General Company information, including: i. Registered company name; ii. DBA; iii. D-U-N-S Number; iv. CAGE Code Responses: The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and does not bind the Government. The release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. AGC will not pay for information or comments provided and will not recognize any costs associated with submission of comments. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
