The Government proposes to acquire on a Five Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 380 each up to a maximum quantity of 2975 each of a BEARING, ROLLER, CYLI, NSN: 3110-01-325-0617, Part Number: 3110-T700-002 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 380 each, 473 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 380 each, 2nd Year, 649 each, 3rd Year, 649 each, 4th Year, 649 each, and 5th Year 648 each. This item is restricted to FAG AEROSPACE, CAGE CODE: 36069, SKF USA INC, CAGE CODE: 38443, MPB CORPORATION, CAGE CODE: 78118, CANADIAN COMMERCIAL CORPORATION, CAGE CODE: 98247, and GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY, CAGE CODE: 99207. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
