- CREDIT CHECK FORM BMQ ISO158-17 SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation number is Request for Proposal (RFP) ISO158-17. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The North American Industry Classification System code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. This requirement is 100% set aside for an 8(a) small business only.
