- Duration of Contract Period: 5 year ID FFP contract Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Solicitation Number: SPRWA1-17-R-0020 The Defense Logistics Agency, DLR Procurement Operations, Warner Robins, will acquire replenishment spare parts, NSN: 6130-01-565-7448EW, Part Number: 58R944H04, Band 4/5 High Voltage Power Supply, applicable to the AN/ALQ-131 using sole source acquisition procedures. A Firm Fixed Price, 5-year Indefinite Delivery type contract, with BEQ 50 for each ordering period. The proposed acquisition will be contracted sole source to Crane Electronics, Inc. (CAGE: 09062) 84 Hill Avenue NW, Ft. Walton Beach FL 32548-3858, pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Detailed data/drawings are not available from the procuring activity. Required Delivery is to be 90 calendar days after contract award. Item description: TO 12P3-2ALQ-131-24, Length: 9.75 inches, width: 8.97 inches, height: 5.02 inches, weight 26.0 lbs. Material: Aluminum Alloy Casting Electronic Procedures will be used for this solicitation. Note 22: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Note 26: Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
