- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract with 1 (one) 12-month Base Year and 4 (four) 12-month Option Years with Resolution Video, Inc. (Palmyra, VA) for the purpose of funding Forensic Video Analysis training courses. Based on market research, and Government experts in the field, it has been determined that the required Forensic Video Analysis training courses can only be successfully facilitated by Resolution Video, Inc., as no other vendors offer this type of specialized training, or any alternative solutions that will satisfy agency requirements. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by contacting Keri Matthews via email only at Keri.Matthews@ic.fbi.gov, no later than 1:00pm (Eastern) on Wednesday, March 8, 2017. Responses sent via other means (i.e. via telephone call, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not be considered. Information received will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
