RFI L7WC08 B20149 Procurement Description L7WC08 B20149 Request for Information THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) NOR PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS BUT RATHER IS A RFI PERTAINING TO Laser Trackers for B20149 (L7WC08/L8WC06) 14 February 2017 NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS NOTICE. Purpose/Description The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the data, expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to design, build, test, and install a total of 6 Laser Trackers. Four laser trackers to be procured in FY17 and two trackers under an option in FY18. The Government has determined that these systems are commercial items. Commercial item descriptions, commercial vendor catalog or price lists or commercial manuals assigned a technical manual number apply. The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation (including travel and per diem), equipment, materials and services to install components as part of this design/build. The work will be performed in Bldg. 20149 at Robins AFB, Georgia 31098. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey.
