Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities (NIMHD) intends to procure, on a sole source basis, digital pathology image analysis software from Indica Labs Inc., 2469 Corrales Road, Corrales, NM 87048. The sole source determination is based on Indica Labs software product has direct compatibility with eSlidemanager image analysis software, including directly upload and transfer of user defined annotation and analysis parameters. It has available all the following pre-built and easily user-configurable modules: bright field and fluorescent Tissue Classifer; bright field and fluorescent Tissue Microarray (TMA); bright field and fluorescent Spatial Analysis; bright field and fluorescent area quantification; bright field ISH (in situ hybridization) and CISH (chromogenic in situ hybridization) quantification; bright field muscle fiber analysis, bright field vacuole analysis; bright field and fluorescent pancreatic islet analysis; bright field microglial activation quantification analysis; bright field axon quantification; bright field cytonuclear IHC (immune-histochemistry) quantifications; bright field IHC membrane quantification; bright field object co­ localization analysis; bright field branch structure analysis; bright field immune cell analysis; bright field serial registration and analysis; fluorescent object colocalization analysis; fluorescent cytonuclear quantification; fluorescent microvessel quantification ; fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) amplification and deletion analysis; FISH breakapart and fusion analysis; FISH multiple RNA quantification; fluorescent membrane quantification; fluorescent co-expression analysis; fluorescent branch structure analysis; and fluorescent hiplex (up to 8 markers) analysis. In compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however; all responses received, before the closing date, of this announcement will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is anticipated that the RFQ NIH-NICHD-17-060 will be available ten (10) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due five (5) days after the release of the RFQ. All interested parties to this solicitation may request a copy of the RFQ package via email Haunp@mail.nih.gov. All requests must contain offerors name, address, telephone number and fax number.
