Description

Statement of Work This is a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in FAR 15.201(e) and as required when utilizing the authority at FAR 6.302-1. All information gathered in response to this RFI/Notice will be used solely for planning purposes. This is not a formal solicitation, but a request for interested parties to provide information. No solicitation published by this office for these products currently exists. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division, Keyport is planning for a potential acquisition for Teradyne Di-Series Digital Test Instruments. The Government's intent is to sole source to Teradyne, Inc. or an authorized distributor thereof, for a firm fixed price supply contract. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Responses shall include detailed information that clearly demonstrates technical capability to meet the Statement of Work requirements. The Government will consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this RFI. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334515 and has a size standard of 750 employees. All questions regarding this RFI should be submitted in writing, no later than March 10, 2017 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Questions should be submitted via e-mail to: Robert.v.fisher@navy.mil. The Statement of Work for this requirement is available through FedBizOpps as an attachment to this RFI.
