Description

Solicitation SPM4A8-17-Q-0028 DLA Aviation Richmond is issuing a solicitation to procure one each 6-axis CNC Horizontal Boring Mill. The solicitation is intended to result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract with completion no later than 12/31/2018. Request for Quote SPM4A8-17-Q-0028 is Full and Open Competition. A complete technical data package, DLA-A-VIBB-17-25-1007, including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirements is included as a part of the solicitation. FOB will be at Destination with preliminary inspection at Origin and final inspection and acceptance at Destination The solicitation will issue on 03/02/2017 and close on 04/03/2017. This synopsis serves to meet the requirements to post solicitations, as the RFQ is NOT available on DIBBS. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A copy of the solicitation is attached to this posting.
