Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) unless otherwise noted herein. The NJ Army National Guard wishes to rent containers for use at Fort Pickett, VA for both dry and refrigerated to store food rations. Requirements are (8) 20'x'8'x8'6" for dry storage and (9) 20"x8"x8'6" for refrigerated perishables with locking capabilities. Mobile drop method is preferred. Government will use diesel fuel for trailers, refrigerated containers will have all necessary components required. Drop off at Fort Pickett must be between 8-10 MAY 2017 and pick up must be between 10-13 JUN 2017. Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of solicitation. This requirement is classified under NAICS code IS 493110. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
