Description
Wage Determination Project Maps & Drawings Special Project Specifications Solicitation SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation and all attachments are now posted. PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE Requirement: To completely replace and upgrade the utility hookups for the trailer pads located at the Hayfork Compound. The work includes everything needed to provide new water, sewer, and electrical service to the trailer pads including but not limited to utility line locating before work begins, coordinating with utility companies, paying utility company fees, keeping service active to existing tenants until they can move to new trailer pads, and providing all materials, labor, and incidentals. If Option(s) are awarded, work also includes grading and installing level gravel trailer pads, level gravel parking areas and gravel transition areas. The proposed period of performance is 60 calendar days after notice to proceed. The estimated magnitude of this proposed construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The project is located at the Forest administrative Hayfork Compound project site (40° 32' 57"N, 123° 9' 48"W) is located at 240 Forest Avenue off of Highway 3 in Hayfork, California Set Asides: This procurement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237110. The related small business size standard is $36.5M. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is on or about February 28, 2017. Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for March 17, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Inquiries: All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing via email to tmarino@fs.fed.us or fax to 530-226-2474. No telephone questions will be accepted. It is recommended that they be submitted no later than 3 calendar days prior to the closing date of the solicitation. Questions received after that time may not receive a response. Notifications: In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), the government is limiting the availability of the solicitation to electronic medium through this posting to FBO.gov. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the quoter to continually view this website for any amendments made to this solicitation. Award notifications will be made to this notice. Early notification will not be made to any quoter except Awarded Contractor.
