Description

Special Notice to Award Base Year with (1) One-year Options-Services. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award under solicitation W81K02-17-T-0187 to EMD Millipore Corporation in the amount of $25,745.28 for Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services on the Guava Easycyte Plus® Automated Flow Cytometer with associated components for Department of Clinical Investigations at Madigan Army (MAMC) Medical Center, Tacoma, WA 98433. The preventive maintenance, services, and repairs to include all associated replacement parts in this requirement are proprietary to the OEM; EMD Millipore Corporation. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, email; walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
