Description

This out of scope modification, in the amount of $302,394.00, was executed to avoid disruption in home oxygen services provided for the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System in Reno, NV. The out of scope modification includes all required supplies, materials, labor, supervision, transportation, patient education, safety management and infection control for an estimated 1,200 at-home oxygen-using patients. The contract modification eliminated a disruption in services while a long-term contract is being established.
