The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Fort Knox is exploring options for Contractor manufacture of 38 replacement fabric banners for the existing 60X90 foot Skyline display system currently in the National Convention inventory. Fabric banners must match in color to the existing banners and therefore should be made out of dye-sublimation poly-poplin "Performa" stain resistant durable exhibit fabric material which will produce vivid colors for high resolution artwork files. Banners should also be flame retardant. The banners must contain rubber sewn in piece that will snap into the exhibit structure to guarantee proper fit into existing exhibit system currently in U.S. Army Mission Support Battalion's inventory. The fabric panel dimensions include the following dye-sublimation single sided slot banners: 16 banners 34.660" X 76.00", 4 banners 92.160"X87", 4 banners 91.20"X138.04", 2 banners 97.910"X98.7", 4 banners 92.00"X46.00", 4 banners 46.00"X92.00", and 4 banners 46.00"X46.00". The estimated time to produce is 30 days from time of award. MICC Center - Fort Knox is seeking the following information: 1. Potential Respondents shall describe how they would propose to successfully manufacture the product, assuming that all supplies provided by Respondent would be accomplished in accordance with all applicable U.S. laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. 2. Potential Respondents shall provide business status (i.e. small business/socio-economic group) Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the supplies described herein and it is understood by the United States Government that the cost estimates provided as a result of this request are "best" estimates only. The response date for this market research is March 9, 2017. No collect calls will be accepted. All responses to this RFI may be submitted via e-mail to Jennifer King, at Jennifer.l.king76.civ@mail.mil
