Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veteran Affairs Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS) intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with Olympus America Inc. DUNS 017019618, in accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(b)due to exclusive rights and licensing. The purpose of this contract is to provide one (1) year of Maintenance, repairs, and software licensing for the Olympus Endoscope Reprocessor. This acquisition is being procured under NAICS Code 811219. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The contractor shall provide Maintenance, repairs and software license for the Olympus Endoscope Reprocessor for the term of one year. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
