- NSN: 1620-01-286-6697, Solicitation SPE4A7-17-R-0723, PR: 0064507661. This proposed definite quantity contract is for the ARM ASSEMBLY,PLANING MECHANISM,MAIN LANDING GEAR. Requested quantity is 463 each. Current Approved Sources Are: MAGELLAN AEROSPACE, NEW YORK, INC. 85941 P/N 74A411720-1004 NASSAU TOOL WORKS, INC. 2M490 P/N 74A411720-1004 SAFRAN LANDING SYSTEMS CANADA INC 35962 P/N 74A411720-1004 BOEING COMPANY, THE DBA BOEING 76301 P/N 7AA411720-1004 HDI LANDING GEAR USA, INC. DBA 5ZSC8 P/N 7AA411720-1004 ISRAEL AEROSPACE INDUSTRIES LTD. 1935A P/N 7AA411720-1004 This procurement will be solicited 100% Small Business Set-aside, using Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. This procurement is solicited FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Contractor First Article Testing (FAT)(1 unit), and Contractor Production Lot Testing (PLT) apply. The required delivery is 180 days for the FAT, 75 days for submission/Gov't evaluation, and 300 Days for the production followed by 60 days government evaluation and 15 days shipping. The required total delivery is 630 days ARO (or sooner). FAT waiver may be applicable with proper support. Phased delivery is not requested but acceptable. Higher-level quality is required. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) and Critical Application Item (CAI). This solicitation includes provision 52. 215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a reverse auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dlaprocurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of the auction by DLA. Certified cost data is not required. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies.
