Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 22 - Network Contracting Activity Office is seeking Contractors interested in providing general solid waste management disposal for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS). The government anticipates awarding a firm fixed-price, lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements. The NAICS is 562211 and the small business size standard is $38.5 Million. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business concerns. In accordance with VAAR 852.219-11, any SDVOSB submitting a quote for this action must be verified for ownership and control and who is so listed in the vendor information pages database (http://www.vetbiz.gov) upon submission of quote. The Contractor shall be required to furnish all necessary and appropriate labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, trash containers, and supplies to provide general solid waste management disposal at the VALLHS. It is the Contractor s responsibility to review this FBO website for amendments, updates, or changes to current information. Submit to the Contract Specialists attention, sylvia.correa@va.gov any requests for information or clarification of the solicitation documents, no later than March 17, 2017. Complete proposals shall be submitted electronically to the attention of sylvia.correa@va.gov. Please fill the attached Solicitation and submit on or before March 23, 2017, not later than 1:00 p.m. (PST).
