Government Furnished Information List Mission Assurance Plan Solicitation SP-133E-17-RP-0043 Test Data Information Test and Evaluation Master Plan Statement of Objectives Environmental and Site Survey Report Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan NOAA Security Handbook Environmental and Site Survey Report Test Data Approach Plan Interface Requirements Document Systems Engineering Plan Acronym & Glossary Operator-to-Operator Agreement (DRAFT) The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environmental Satellites, Data, And Information Service (NESDIS), Office of Satellite Ground Services (OSGS) is seeking full and open competitive proposals for a Radio Frequency Interference Monitoring System (RFIMS). The system will have to monitor and detect undesirable radio frequency interference from Long Term Evolution (LTE) wireless carrier services at NOAA ground locations where the 1695 Mhz - 1710 MHz band is shared by the U.S.Government and wireless carriers. **SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING NOAA SIMULATED TEST DATA** In order to obtain access to the NOAA Simluated Test Data referenced in the Government Furnished Information (GFI) list, prospective offerors must send a request via email to michael.blumenfeld@noaa.gov and scott.deloera@noaa.gov no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the proposal due date. A link to the documents will then be emailed providing access to the data.
