- Description
- This is a notice of intent that AFLCMC/WNKD, 235 Byron St, Suite 19A, Robins AFB, GA 31098-1670, anticipates issuing a contract, on a sole source basis, to provide for the program management support, contractor logistics support, and engineering services required to support the Air Force Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Program. Ther QRC programs currently support six systems listed below with the possibility of additional future QRC requirements. The QRC Program is required to sustain the following systems: QRC 81-01, QRC 84-05, USM-642, HARM Targeting System Test Set (HTS-TS), ALQ-188A(V), ALQ-188(V)4, GLM-10, and associated support equipment. The proposed contract action consists of a basic period of performance of 9 months and 4 sequential 12 month options for a total period of performance of 4 years 9 months. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Northrop Grumman Technical Services, CAGE: 5FVX5, under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Justification: services are available from only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received within forty-five days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer or PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicated any concerns related to this acquisition.
