- PRON: AX6F6712AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a quantity of 205 each min / 1,125 each max of SHAFT, ASSY, QUILL; NSN: 1615-01-078-5716; Part Number: 70351-08042-041 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk Weapon System. PRON: AX6F6712AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a quantity of 205 each min / 1,125 each max of SHAFT, ASSY, QUILL; NSN: 1615-01-078-5716; Part Number: 70351-08042-041 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk Weapon System. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 205 each, 405 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 205 each, 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX, 75507-5000. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 205 EACH, 2nd Year, 230 each, 3rd Year, 230 each, 4 Year, 230 each and 5th Year, 230 each. This item is restricted to Precision Gear Incorporated, Cage Code; 21540 and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage Code: 78286. This part required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
