Description
DRAFT - PWS for Legacy HR Systems and Applications Study The Government has a requirement to conduct an analysis of the existing legacy human resource IT systems identified in Section 2 of the attached PWS and orchestrate an end-to-end process that not only creates a repository of meta-data that allows for collaborative decision analysis capability that the Government can adopt, but also provides a recommended roadmap of modifications and improvements that the Government can apply to existing systems in order to make key evidence-based decisions on each of the applications. The Government anticipates an eight month period of performance. The Government intends to award this effort by 1 May 2017. The Government believes this process and supporting system to be of a highly specialized nature and expert knowledge of current Air Force HR IT systems and applications is requisite. Therefore, we are seeking market research information to determine if this effort can be effectively competed. Please review the attached PWS and respond as to whether or not you are capable of accomplishing the effort within the timeframe required. If you can accomplish the effort, please provide a demonstration of past work of similar scope and magnitude and evidence of Air Force HR IT systems and applications expertise substantiating your response. Limit responses to a maximum of 10 pages. This is not a Request for Proposal. This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued for informational and planning purposes only. The information requested will be used in conducting market research to identify qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources and commercial practices in support of the Government's requirements. The information will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. To reiterate, this is NOT a Request for Proposal. It is not to be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary and will be provided at no cost to the Government. Please provide a response no later than COB Friday, 10 March 2017.
