Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation VA248-17-Q-0451 (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6,as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are a being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8 has a need to procure High Tech Medical Equipment (HTME) diagnostic testing, service calls and repairs on Philips Healthcare brand manufactured equipment. See attachment A: Equipment list. (ii) Combined synopsis solicitation number is issued as Request For Quotation (RFQ) #VA248-17-Q-0451. (iii) This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number/Effective Date 2005-94, 2005-95 / 01-19-2017. (iv) The combined synopsis solicitation is 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The NAICS is 811219 -other electronic and precision equipment repair and maintenance ($20.5 million SBA Size Standard). (v) This combined synopsis solicitation is for the purchase of High Tech Medical Equipment (HTME) diagnostic testing, service calls and repairs on Philips Healthcare brand manufactured equipment. Expected period of performance is from date of award to March 31, 2022. Quoters shall use Pricing and Cost Schedule, which includes all contract line item numbers, quantities and units of issue, to fill in all unit prices and total amount blocks. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all.
