- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Transatlantic Division, Afghanistan District Contracting Office, is issuing this Sources Sought Synopsis to seek firms who may be interested in proposing for a design-build construction project at a location in the Balkh Province of Afghanistan. Presently, the Government's intent is to compete this procurement in a full and open competitive environment. Price and Technical Proposals will be evaluated using best value, tradeoff source selection procedures. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000.
