"THIS IS RFP FOR WORK PLAN TASK ORDER FOR THE FOLLOWING MATOC WORK-PLAN CONTRACTORS ONLY" W91QVN-14-D -0031, 0032, 0033, 0035, 0036, 0037, 0038, and 0039. A. Site Visit: Offerors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend site visit. See site visit Clause FAR 52.236-27 Alt I in Section I. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification card w hen attending the site visit orientation. B. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL: Proposal shall be submitted by 13:00 hours on the closing date. a. The PRICING PORPOSAL b. Technical proposal: 1.Offer Breakdow n 2. Section K 3. Conceptual Draw ings 4.
