- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is VA244-17-Q-0510 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The NAICS code is 622110 with a size standard of $38.5 MIL. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable. The VA Medical Center Lebanon has a requirement for the supplies listed in the attached RFQ document. All items will be delivered to the facility located at 1700 South Lincoln Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042. All communications regarding quotes, questions, etc., shall be submitted by email to Ron Kline (ronald.kline@va.gov) no later than 3:00 PM, EST on Wednesday, March 8, 2017. Phone calls will not be accepted. Quotes are due by email only no later than 3:00 PM, EST, on Thursday, March 9, 2017. Please read the entire solicitation. Offerors are responsible for all terms, clauses, and conditions contained therein.
