- ICEX March 2017 PWS Attachment A ICEX March 2017 Performance Work Statement (PWS) RFQ HTC711-17-Q-CC02 Information Sheet The contractor shall provide Air Charter Services to the Undersea Warfighting Development Center Detachment Arctic Submarine Laboratory. Air carrier must be a Department of Defense (DOD) Approved Commercial Air Carrier, and conduct operations from Deadhorse Airport (SCC/PASC) and support flights to ice floes approximately 150 to 225 nautical miles from the airport in the northern direction. The aircraft must be equipped with GPS, navigation, and communication equipment. Projected service period is 27-30 March 2017. Projected service duration is four consecutive flight days and projected total of twenty (20) flight hours.
